1.  What payments do you accept?

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover Card, along with PayPal.

2.  How long will it take to receive my order?

• Most orders ship out the same day or next day of when the order is placed. We use USPS for shipping and typically most orders arrive within two to three business days. East Coast addresses four business days. Hawaii and Alaska takes five.

3.  Can I pick up my order from the brick and mortar store in Lone Pine?

• Yes! For special pickup please call Blair at (760) 878-8325 and we will coordinate and arrange a pickup.

4.  Do you have Gift Cards?

• Yes! Email Blair at blair@bigwillimc.com for a personalized gift card that can be mailed to you or the intended person.

5.  What is your return policy?
